He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Bowen; his parents, Reverend Charlie Bowen and Rosie Bowen; and his son-in-law Larry Ballard. He is survived by: his children, Charles Bowen (Laura), Carol Ballard, Susan Chisenall (Rickey) and Kerensa Chisenall (Durane); his grandchildren, Larrian Mason (Tim), Whitney Smith, Jason Bowen (Melissa), Corey Chisenall, Taylor Chisenall (Rebecca), Lisa Shae Choate (Caleb) and Jim Chisenall (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Dylan Mason, Savannah Mason, Shalyn Smith, Grant Smith, Jennifer Claire Chisenall, Oakleigh Bowen and Gus Chisenall; and his sister Jo Wilkerson.
