James Jeter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Jeter (Flomaton, Alabama), who passed away on August 7, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Jeter and Ethel Jeter; and his sister Margaret Jeter Appli. He is survived by: his wife Catharine Weaver of Flomaton, Alabama.; his children, Robbin (Peggy Jeter) of Ridgeland, MS. and Kimberly Anne (Mike Lewis) of Navarre, FL.; his grandchildren, Lydia, Blake, Brett and Derek; his great grandchildren, James, Julia, Lilah, Jack, Caroline, Annie and Baby James; his niece Lynn Baxter; and his caregivers, Tiffany Johnson, Cassandra McWilliams and Myah Gillis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel (1811 W State Line Rd, Flomaton, AL 36441). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
