She was predeceased by: her husband Clint Turk; and her daughter Tammy McCann. She is survived by: her daughters, Chasity Pettis (Mike) of Brewton and Debra Simmons (Tony); her siblings, Leroy Jernigan of Brewton, Troy Jernigan of Louisiana and Peggy Morris of Mobile, Alabama; her son-in-law Robby McCann; and her grandchildren, Nathan Simmons, Jessica Myers, Haley Fore, Ashlyn Pettis, Jennifer Zisa, Kimberly McCann, Megan McCann and Leslie McCann. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
