He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Cain (David) of Crestview, Brook Sandoval and Phillip Miller of Navarre; his mother Gloria Mason Perkins of Florala; his grandchildren, Savannah Duke, Hailey Duke and Spencer Modica; and his brother Ed Hickman (Diane) of Florala.
