She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward D. Forsythe and Corene Forsythe; and her siblings, Jo McCaig, Frances Green and Bubba Forsythe.
She is survived by: her husband Jackson Wilkes; her son Billy Cummings (Marilyn); her stepson Johnny Wilkes; her daughter Mitzi Underwood (Tony); her stepdaughters, Donna Bogran and Paula Fuller; her grandchildren, Nathan Cummings, Nikki Wood, Kayla Cummings, Tyler Underwood, Cheyenne Cummings, Sean Bogran, Alexis Huggins, Morgan Fuller and Blake Fuller; and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Ellie Wood, Katie Rae, Kannon Fuller, Daniel and Mattie Fuller.
