He is survived by: his wife Margie Barrett; his sons, Josh Barrett (Paige), Charles Stout and Scott Stout (Manda); and his siblings, Tim Barrett (Karen), Cheryl White (Tony), Lori Barrett and Lisa Barrett. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
