He is survived by: his wife Maggie Parker; his parents, Tamara Berlin and Jerome Berlin; his stepfather Wade Sherrill; his grandparents, Larry, Wanda Yancey and Shirley Prestage; his siblings, Grace Berlin and Bart Bolton; and his aunts, Terri Finley and Janet Bennett. He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bailey Berlin Scholarship Fund, Phil Campbell High School.
