He is survived by: his brother Larry Burbank; his wife Mary Taylor; his daughters, April Maples (Brian), Amy Graves and Heather Bradford (Jonathan); his grandchildren, India, Phoenix Hughes, Aislyn, Katy Hines, Andrea Benson, Brayden O'Neal and John-Owen Bradford; his siblings, Lonnie Taylor, Dewayne May, Linda Kelley (Earl) and Brenda Lanier; his niece Jennifer Neeley; his sister-in-law Jean Lucy; and his friend Todd Wilbanks. He is also survived by several other nieces and a few nephews.
