He is survived by: his parents, Willard C. and Cora P. Rich; his siblings, Willard C. Rich, Jr. and Virginia Burns; his brothers-in-law, Burns Marsh and Ronnie Marsh; his children, Bobby Franklin Rich, Jr., Debra Smith, Carol Webster (Steven) and Jennifer Hesseltine (Dave); his sisters, Wylodean Martin, Gloria Marsh and Annie Wright; and his grandchildren, Ryan Vaughn, Rory Vaughn and Wendy Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
