He is survived by: his wife Bonnie May O'Steen; his mother Bettye Daye O'Steen; his sister Pat O'Steen; his daughters, Emily O'Steen Brown (Luke) of Florence and Sara Beth O'Steen Wilcox (Sam) of Birmingham; and his nieces, Virginia Daye Winsett (Brian) and Emma Daye Winsett.
