He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyn; and his brothers, H. W., Donald, Larry and Leon.

He is survived by: his sons, Sam Landrum and Mark Landrum (Kathy); his grandson Zac Kyle (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Amirra Rose of Zachary Mark, II and C. J. Mercer; and his sisters, Martha Holt, Barbara Johnson and Wanda Burks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and loving friends.
