He was predeceased by: his sisters, Eva Sue, Carolyn and Edith; and his parents, Clarence N. Chamberlain, Sr. and Frankie Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia A. Foust (Roy) of Florence; his grandchildren, Tracey, Stacey, Ashley and Kimberly; his great grandchildren, Karley, Karman, Weston, Beth, Josh, Avery and Ayston; and his great great grandchild Carter.
