He was predeceased by: his parents, William Snoddy and Annie Snoddy; and his daughter Betty Ann Snoddy. He is survived by: his children, Heather Snoddy, Mary Ann Staggs Allison, James Staggs, Tommy Staggs and Barry Glenn Snoddy; and his former wife Gail Snoddy. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
