He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kay Daniel Baskins; his sons, Ray David Baskins and Jeremy Daniel Baskins; his grandson Nicholas Ray Baskins; his siblings, Bobby Baskins (Vicki) and Shirley Dean (Rod); and his sister-in-law Patty Baskins.
