He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Haynes and Beverly Haynes; his sister Lynn Melancon; and his great-nephew Blake Johnson. He is survived by: his stepsons, Doc Walley (Donna) and Rev. DeJuan Walley (Kaye); his grandchildren, James W. Walley (Bridget), Micah B. Walley (Sarah) and Adam Walley (Melanie); his great grandchildren, Gracie Mae Walley, Emma Claire Walley, Kyleigh Walley and Brooks Eli Walley; his sister Judy Smith; and his nieces and nephews, David, Jodie and Jessie.
