It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lynn Manning (Florence, Alabama), born in Manistee, Michigan, who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Mark Manning; her brother David Weiss (Tina) of Florence; her sisters-in-law, Judy Withers, Janet Waller (Pat) and Marsha Jackson (Rickey); and her nieces and nephews, Joshua Russell, Wesley Withers, Brandon Withers (Jennifer), Patrick Waller (Katie), Michael Waller (Jordan), Chelsea Phillips (Rocky) and CarrieRuth Jackson.
