He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith Behel; his children, Tim Behel (Cheloe), Melissa "Missy" Terry (Corey) and Brandi Hardin (Chris); his siblings, D. C. "Jim" Behel (Gail), Joyce Miller and Delinda Redding (Barry); his grandchildren, Justin, Emma Rickard, Sawyer, Dakota Behel, Colton and Charley Hardin; his great grandchild Noah Rickard; and his nephew David Smith.
