He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Grover Lawson; his children, Mary Montgomery (Randall), Pam Lawson and Randall Lawson; his grandsons, Brad Montgomery and Christian Hillis (Jacob); his mother Dorothy Lawson; and his siblings, Linda Rhodes, Carol Ackley, Angela Nash and Steve Lawson. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
