He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Montgomery and Mary Irene Stricklin Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Cora Lou Shelby Montgomery of Florence; his daughters, Gaye Montgomery Choat (Steve) and June Montgomery of Florence; his grandchildren, Lindsay Choat Ronilo (Eddie) and Jared Choat (Heather) of Birmingham; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Ronilo and Beckham Choat.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Saint John United Methodist Church or Underwood-Petersville Volunteer Fire Department.
