She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Mae and Almon Peck, Sr.; her siblings, Almon Peck, Jr. and Rose Marie Johnson; and her great grandchild Infant Brennan Putman.
She is survived by: her children, Zachary Smith, Randy Smith, Tammie Isbell, Tara Greenhill and Justin Smith; her grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Derrick Smith, Eric Smith, Kelby Barclay, Delaney Greenhill, Ellie Greenhill, Preston Smith, Lillie Smith and Mariah Smith; and her sister Shirley Emmons. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
