She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Gautney and Laura Gautney; her husband Joseph R. Meyer, Sr.; her daughter Patricia "Patty" Emily Clark; her grandson William Blake Clark; and her siblings, Bessie McCabe, Larry, Elmer, Lindon, Robert and Glenn Gautney.
She is survived by: her son Joseph R. Meyer, Jr (Joan); her sister Mattie Lane; her son-in-law Danny Clark (Connie); her grandchildren, Randy Meyer (Susan), Drake Clark (Chenoa) and Rena Busby (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Nathan Rich, Maylie Clark, Lillie Meyer, Ben Busby and Ellis Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jean has requested donations be made to the American Arthritis Association, American Heart Association, or to the American Cancer Society.
