He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Woods; his parents, Doyle Woods and Daisy Woods; and his siblings, Peggy, Gary, Doris, Connie and Randy.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Rhodes, Bobby Russell, Elton "Peanut" Woods, Tonis Woods, Loretta Kronewitter and Becky Gean; his siblings, Louie "Buck" Woods, Rick Woods, Rex Woods and Rose Krieger; and his sister-in-law Dianne Davis. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
