He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Blevins; his daughters, Courtney Looney (Nick) and Tara Fultz; his siblings, Jim, Rick Blevins and Sue Stout (Wayne); his sister-in-law Ruth Blevins; and his grandchildren, Tiana, Patrick, Caleb Dingess, Kayla Jackson (Jeremy), Kylie Miller, Austin Looney and Bransyn F. Vanata.
