She was predeceased by: her husband Sammy Ashley; her parents, Iven Stevenson and Mary Stevenson; and her sisters, Billie Jean Stevenson and Wanda Faye Smith.

She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Perry (Stephen) and Terri Spires; her granddaughters, Samantha Johnson (Travis) and Kaylee Ashley; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Braydon and Payton; her adoptive daughters, Cindy Jones and Shelia Lepere; her nieces, Beth Hill and Denise Black; Andy Woodruff.
