He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Creasy (Crosslin) and Jesse Baysden Creasy; and his siblings, Billy Gene Creasy, Jimmie Joe Creasy, Dorothy Leoma Roberson and Linnie Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria M. Creasy (Garfall); his children, Teresa Rene Carpenter, Ronald Earl Creasy and Phillip Wayne Creasy; his grandchildren, Randall Seth Yesmont, Hannah Grace Weeks, Thomas Matthew Creasy and Franklin Andrew Creasy; and his stepgrandson Dallas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
