He was predeceased by: his father John C. Allen; and his brother Johnny M. Allen. He is survived by: his children, David Allen and Lauren Kaiser; his mother Yevonne Allen; his sister Christie Allen Nichols; his niece Lisa Marie Allen; and his great-nephew Cameron Sauerwein.
