He is survived by: his children, Victor Franck (Tammy), Mario Franck and Rosemary Hayes; his sister Mary Ann Tidwell; his grandchildren, Hannah Franck, Makenzie Franck, Alanna Hayes and Robert Franck; and his great grandchild Raelynn Garrie.
