He is survived by: his children, Mike Blevins (Deborah), Howard "Jackie" Blevins and Brenda Blevins Campbell-Burbank; his grandchildren, Heather Campbell (Tommy), Misty Campbell, Crystal Campbell Kellogg, Zechariah Campbell, B. J. Blevins, Trebor Blevins, Megan Blevins (Lukus), Angleann Blevins (Garrett), Brandon Taylor (Andrea), Dustin Taylor and Latonya Morris; and his close friend Laura Stanfield. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
