He is survived by: his brother Thomas; his wife Marsha Trousdale Foxx; his mother Marcie Faye Foxx; his daughters, April Foxx Kilpatrick (Chris), Vanessa Foxx (Mark Davis), Karla Foxx Jones (Chris), Monica Williams and Tiffany White (Scotty); his grandchildren, Brandon Kilpatrick (Kaity), Brooklyn Kilpatrick, Sierra Foxx (Mike Bahramy), Alexis Poliseno, Calvin Jones, Camryn Williams, Cayden Holden, Carmyn Williams and Connor Holden; his sisters, Patricia Foxx Young (Charles), Rena Foxx Cannon (Bart) and Karen Foxx Michael; and his great-aunts, Imogene Womble, Helen Byler and Elaine Gallien. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
