He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald L. Montgomery, Billy J. Capterton and Blanche Childers. He is survived by: his children, Jaime L. Cline (Johnathon), Donald R. Montgomery and Andrew Levenson; his brother Jimmy R. Montgomery; and his former spouse Mary Montgomery. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to the American Stroke Foundation, 6405 Metcalf Ave., Suite 214, Overland Park, KS, 66202.
