He is survived by: his wife Anna Balentine Hairell; his children, Sharon Kay Shope (Doug), Beth Ann Dillion (Brent) and Mark Justin Hairell (Sarah); his brothers, Lewis Hairell (Rhonda) and Wayne Hairell (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Lindsay Shope, Luke Shope, Levi Shope, Anna Kline Dillion and Lane Dillion.
