He was predeceased by: his parents, Fain McWilliams and Charlsie McWilliams; and his sisters, Rosemary McWilliams and Dorothy Austin. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne McWilliams; his daughters, Carrie Sheffield (Brian), Jeanie Maner (Bob) and Sylvia Blackard (Brad); his sisters, Loretta, Rachel Story, Doris Hammock and Emily Crabtree; his son Joe Rowell; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Charlsie, Noah, Elijah, Levi and Aubrey.
