He is survived by: his wife Jean Lucy; his children, Charlie Lucy and Susie Avery (John); his granddaughters, Susie Golliver (Jay) and Jessie Avery; his great grandchild Emily Golliver; his siblings, Gary, Larry, Roger Dale, Alfred, Marthann, Liz and Debbie; and his close friend L. C. Burns. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
