He is survived by: his wife Glenda Robbins Patterson; his sons, Brian Patterson and Bradley Patterson (Courtney); his granddaughter Summer Patterson; and his siblings, Bert O. Patterson, Frances Ward and Alice Faulkner (Walker). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
