It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Ray Putman of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on December 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray Putman and Elizabeth Viola Mercks Putman. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Muse Putman; his children, James Ray Putman II and Jennifer Putman Withers; and his sister Candice Fielder. He is also survived by Grandchildren and (6) Great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Help Center, P.O. Box 1713, Florence, AL 35630, will be greatly welcomed and appreciated by the family.
