He was predeceased by: his father John O'Donnell; his wife Diane Kasmeier; and his mother Katherine Kasmeier. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Kasmeier (Kim) and Jason Kasmeier (Sandy Brown); his brothers, Jim Kasmeier, Chip Kasmeier and John Kasmeier; his grandchildren, Alyssa Kasmeier, Austin Kasmeier, Dylan Kasmeier, Madison Kasmeier, Tes Kasmeier and Alyson Clemons (Lance Austin); and also, Shirley Hodges, Shauna and Fran.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Michael's Loaves & Fishes or St. Jude's Hospital.
