He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mildred Holden; and his uncle James William Glaze. He is survived by: his wife Adona Michelle Holden; his parents, Loretta Glaze Holden and William Holden; his son Justin "J. J."; his brothers, Corey Holden (Michelle) and Daniel Holden (Mary); his grandparents, Pearline Bailey, Rufus Holden and Earl Glaze; and his close friend Jerri Colburn.
