He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H Cummings (Cuz) and Mattie Cora Pearl Rhodes; and his sister Rena. He is survived by: his wife Linda F. Cummings; his children, Jerome Cummings, Brittany Cummings, Bridgette Cummings and Brandy Dulin Duke; his stepsons, Tony Smith and Tim Smith; his grandchildren, Garrett Threet, Brayden Watts, Adam Smith, Alex Smith, Jessica Conard, Justin Conard, Sara Higdon, Kaitlyn Smith, Brooke Bain and Bridget Bain; and his great grandchildren, Brinlee Johns, Marshall Higdon and Calise Higdon.
