He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Porter Hartzog. He is survived by: his wife Amy Hipps Hartzog; his sons, Ben Hartzog and Blake Hartzog; his mother Kathy Speegle Hartzog; his grandmother Bessie Speegle; his siblings, William Hartzog (Brenna) and Angie Priest (Jimmy); and his parents-in-law, Ruth and David Hipps Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law.
