She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Parrish and Gladys Parrish; her siblings, Benjamin "Buddy" Parrish, Roland Parrish and Christine Young; and her granddaughter Jetta Price.
She is survived by: her husband George Leonard Fowlkes, Jr.; her children, Eddie Fowlkes, Tracy Price (Jessie) and Sara Risner (Jerome); her brother Ralph Parrish (Merilyn); her grandchildren, Cody (Megan), Cory (Laken), Coby Risner, Jacob Price, Taylor Fowlkes, Tanner and Taylor Borden; and her great grandchildren, Owen and Colton Risner.
