She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Carter "Bud" Watkins, Sr.; her parents, Earl C. Smith and Marjorie Mabry Smith; and her son-in-law Matthew Greene, Sr. (Watkins). She is survived by: her children, Kim Greene, Kathy Watkins and Carter Watkins; her grandchildren, Kelsie Dailey (Jeffery), Matthew Greene, Jr. (Sawyer), Emily Spangler, Wilson Greene, Grace Anne Watkins, Hallie Kate Watkins and Rhen Watkins; her great grandchildren, Legend Spangler and Jeffery "JJ" Dailey, Jr.; her siblings, Brenda Methvin (Rodney) and Tommy Smith (Linda); and her pet Mattie Louise.
