She is survived by: her son Eddy Forsythe (Jenny); her stepdaughter Kathy Forsythe; her siblings, Doug Mitchell (Jeannie), Jerry Mitchell (Jeanette), Tom Brewer (Dee) and Linda Jenkins; and her grandson Zac. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
