She was predeceased by: her parents, George Foulks of Washington and Margaret Dean Foulks; her spouse Thomas Harvey Seale; her child Thomas Harvey Seale, Jr.; and her nephew David Foulks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Renee Seale Fincher (Ken) and Karen Ann Seale James (Dan); her grandchildren, Daniel Collin James, Carly Anne James, Leslie Anna Seale and Lisa Renee Seale; and her brother Jim Foulks.
