He is survived by: his pet Rescue; his wife Barbara Sparks Colburn; his daughters, Patricia Starkey (David) and Mary Phillips (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Eric Starkey (Seanna), Nicole Ray (Jeffrey), Collin Starkey, Brooke Phillips and Brett Phillips; his great grandchildren, Sean, Seth Starkey and Arden Ray; and his pets, Pretty Boy, Lucy and Bear. He is also survived by Papaw, as his grandchildren.
