She was predeceased by: her parents, George Quillen and Myrtle Quillen; her husband Clarence Creasy; her son Donnie Creasy; her grandson Donnie Creasy, Jr.; her great grandchild Kevin Hughes; and her brothers, Frankie Quillen and Jesse Quillen.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Creasy; her great grandchild Bridgette Ray; her granddaughter Deborah Sisk; her great grandchildren, Ashton Jones (Colby), Autumn Wills (Drew) and Dewayne Davis; her great great grandchildren, Ava Claire, Noah and Iris Kate; and her daughter-in-law Eunice Creasy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help with funeral costs.
