She was predeceased by: her husband James Rice; her mother Hoover Hice; and her sister Barbara Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Suzie Sumerel and Brad Jones; her sister Shirley Murphy; and her brother-in-law Dale Cooper. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.
Even though this is outside service, due to Covid-19 please wear masks if within 6 feet of anyone.
