He was predeceased by: his father Attwood Livingston Lewis, Jr. (Al); his stepfather Bud Dunn; and his sister Rebecca Lewis O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Candace Henning Lewis; his children, Lindsey Michele Lewis (Chris Eslick) and Taylor Henning Lewis; his stepson Ryan Nicholas Gibson (Jessica); his grandchildren, Sierra Gibson, Jacob Gibson and Colton Gibson; his mother Elaine McCarley Lewis (Dunn); and his siblings, Lesley Elaine Lewis, Steven Attwood Lewis and Reading Lee Lewis.
