He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold W. Sanders and Catherine H. Sanders; his brothers, Griffen Sanders, Ray Sanders (Faye) and Joe Sanders (Anita); his nephew Kenneth Sanders (Stephanie); his great-nephew Cody Sanders; and his nephews-in-law, Keith Williams (Julie) and Ronnie Rich (Cynde).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Gaynell Sanders (Griffen); his uncle Winston Sanders (Frances); his aunt Ann Goodwin-Moody; and his sibling's children, Julie Williams, Jeff Sanders, Michael Sanders, Angela Turner, Matthew Sanders, Cynde Williams and Christi Ryan.
