She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dean, Martha Perry, Thomas Whitfield and Johnie Carter; her father Brooke Perry; and her nephew Todd Miller.

She is survived by: her mother Amanda Perry; and her brothers, Nick Miller (Chasity) and Ian Perry. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Olivia's honor can be made to the Florence/Lauderdale Animal Shelter.
