It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Lucille Haynes of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Torrance Cooper and Nora Idell Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Robert T. Haynes (Bobby); her son Donnie Haynes (Ruth); her grandchildren, Josh, Thomas (Danielle) and Kodie Elise Haynes; and her siblings, Larry Cooper (Brenda), Dean Austin, Doris Sherrod, Joyce Hyde and Wanda Wallace (John). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
